sl9sl9 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. To complete KYC verification, you must submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP or SIM) and a selfie photograph holding the same document. Additional documentation (proof of address, source-of-funds declaration) may be requested in certain circumstances. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in delays or refusal of payment.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sl9sl9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is the Player's own responsibility if transacting from a non-IDR source.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to the limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. sl9sl9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 to 5 minutes of a confirmed transfer. In rare cases involving bank maintenance windows or high transaction volumes, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 1 hour, contact our support team with your transfer receipt for manual review.
Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name — matching the name on your sl9sl9 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Larger amounts may be processed in multiple tranches.
For accounts that have completed KYC verification, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted during periods of scheduled bank maintenance (typically between 00:00–02:00 WIB) may be queued and processed when banking services resume.
sl9sl9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals from accounts that have received bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully satisfied prior to withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wag ering Requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: sl9sl9 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity and is then withdrawn may be flagged as suspicious. sl9sl9 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML regulations.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus must generate at least Rp 1,000,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule: sports betting wagers (including bandar bola — football market — and mix parlay accumulators) contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Slot games contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the specific title. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. All bonuses have a validity period during which the Wagering Requirement must be completed. The standard validity period is 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
sl9sl9 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit a promotion.
Players may request to opt out of all bonus offers by contacting customer support. Once opted out, no further bonuses will be credited to the account unless the Player explicitly opts back in. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable system error shall not be paid out and may be reversed from the Player's balance.

You may request to permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sl9sl9 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
